【摘要】 应用透射电镜技术对中华绒螯蟹输精管及射精管的超微结构进行了研究。输精管分为前输精细管、后输精细管、贮精囊三部分,这三部分上皮细胞均具有微绒毛,但以前输精细管之暗细胞为最长。前输精细管上皮细胞又可分为两种类型:暗细胞和亮细胞,暗细胞具分泌功能。管壁肌肉层变化明显,前输精细管为环状平滑肌,至后输精细管出现纵肌,贮精囊纵肌层明显;射精管为很厚的环状横纹肌,无纵肌。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the ultrastructure of the vas deferens and ejaculatory duct of the Eriocheir sinensis H. Milne Edwards. The vas deferens is consists of anterior vas deferens posterior vas deferens and seminal vesicle. In the surface of epitheliums of vas deferens and ejaculatory there are microvilli. There are two types of cells in anterior vas deferens: dark cell and light cell. The dark cells are secretory cells.更多还原
