投饵率和间歇投喂对中华绒螯蟹生长和饵料转化率的影响

【摘要】 在室外水泥池中探讨了投饵率和间歇投喂对中华绒螯蟹生长和饵料转化率的影响。研究结果表明,在15-24℃水温范围内,平均体重约22g的蟹对鲜螺蛳肉的平均一日摄饵率随停食时间延长而明显增大,其中隔日投喂组、隔二日投喂组的平均一日摄饵率分别为每日饱喂组的1.34、2.04倍;当日投饵寧大于饱喂组的80%或隔天投喂足量饵料,则可基本满足蟹的摄食需求,对其群体的成活率没有明显的影响;但若投饵率小于饱喂组的60%或隔二天投喂,则会引起群体成活率的明显下降;在80-100%范围内,降低投饵率和隔天投饵不会明显影响蟹的正常蜕壳,然体重生长率则随投饵率的降低而下降。当投饵率由80%递增至100%时,饵料转化率、蛋白质效率均与投饵率呈负相关关系,而蛋白质利用率则以 85%投饵组最高,为每日饱喂组的1.17倍。

【Abstract】 The effects of ration size and periodic stavation on the growth and the feed conversion ratio of Chinese mitten-handed crab, Eriocheir sinensis was conducted in outdoor concrete ponds. In order to find out the suitable feeding patterns for Eriocheir sinensis, six feeding methods were tested, i.e., feeding with 4 ration levels from 60% to 100% satiation, feeding every other day and feeding every three days. It was found that the mean daily rate of feeding of the crab (the average body weight 22g) for spiral shell meat increased with the prolonging of stavation period, in the range of 15~ 24℃. When feed every other day and every three days, the mean daily rate of feeding were 1.34 and 2.04 times, respectively, those fed every day. The nutrient requirements by the crabs might be provided basically and the survival rate did not decrease obviously when they were fed every other day or more than 80% satiation. In the crabs fed every three days or less than 60% satiation, the sutvival rate decreased significantly. With the increase of ration levels from 80% to 100% satiation or fed every other day, the molting frequency of the crab was not so obvious, but the specific growth rate of the crab decreased with the reducing of the ration levels. The feed conversion ratio and protein efficiency ratio were negatively correlated to the ration size within the range of 80- 100% satiation. The highest net protein utilization ratio was obtained when the crabs were fed with 85% satiation. The net protein utilization ratio was 1.17 times those in the group fed with 100% satiation.
