锌-铁合金镀层三价铬黑色钝化工艺研究

【摘要】 采用正交试验法对锌-铁合金镀层三价铬黑色钝化工艺组分进行优化,并研究了工艺参数对钝化膜外观和耐蚀性的影响。根据实验结果优选出锌-铁合金镀层三价铬黑色钝化工艺,该工艺含有氯化铬、硝酸、硼砂、镍盐和磷酸根, 采用有机羧酸作配位剂。此工艺能够获得外观均匀黑亮、附着力良好的膜层,中性盐雾试验出白锈时间大于96小时。
【Abstract】 The bath compositions of trivalent chrome black passivation for Zinc-Iron alloy plating coating were optimized by orthogonal test method.The effects of operation conditions on the appearance and the corrosion resistance of the passivation film were also investigated.An optimal passivation technology of trivalent chrome black passivation was confirmed based on the above experiments.This passivation bath includes chromium(Ⅲ)ions,nitrate ions,nickel(Ⅱ)ions,phosphate and organic acid.As the results,the passivation film obtained fi’om the optimal technology has bright black surface with uniform color,good adhesion to the electroplated Zinc-Iron alloy coating,and no white rust was generated on the passivated Zinc-Iron alloy coating after exposure in Neutral Salt Spray for 96 h.
