【摘要】 <正>中国人素有饮茶的习惯。每日泡上几杯碧绿清纯,香气浓郁,上口苦涩,回味甘甜的绿茶,其乐无穷。茶中有多酚抗氯化有特效茶叶(学名为 Camellia sinensis)中含有儿茶素 (Catechines)的成分。其结构如图:

【Abstract】 Green tea is a favorite and traditional drink for Chinese people.There are 60 kinds of health functions and 20 kinds of pharmaceutical effects.The health effects came from the extract of green tea which called catechins(polyphenols).Polyphenols have strong anti-oxidation and radical,scanvenger activity.According to the animal studies,green tea extract could reduce various kinds of animal cancers such as skin,glandular stomach,duodeum,colon,liver,and pancreases.The field studies showed that polyphenols can reduce 10% total cholesterol,19-22% triglyceride.Our results of 711 stomach cancer patients and 711 controls study in Shanghai showed that the odds ratio with drinkers of green tea and nondrinkers was 0.71(95% CI 0.54-0. 93).If 4-6 times fresh tea per day,the risk of stomach cancer can be reduced about 36% and also had dose- repense effect.
