骨骼肌的多参量结合研究:SVM的应用研究

【摘要】 骨骼肌是人体运动的主动部分,在人体功能中起着极其重要的作用。目前很少有结合骨骼肌的结构形态、力学、电生理学等多方面的信号来比较全面的对骨骼肌进行研究的报道。本文通过超声运动与弹性测量系统记录手腕屈伸运动时的手腕角度与前臂桡侧腕伸肌的声肌信号(SMG)和表面肌电信号(SEMG),将 SMG 和 SEMG 信号利用多种回归算法去拟合手腕角度,结果表明结合 SMG 和 SEMG 这两种信号对手腕屈伸角度进行拟合,特别是利用 SVM 算法,效果远远好于 SMG 和 SEMG 信号单独拟合手腕角度,充分体现了多参量研究骨骼肌的优越性。
【Abstract】 The skeletal muscle is the motive part to drive body movement,and it plays very important action in body functions.But at present,there are very few documents that report the comprehensive study on skeletal muscle with structure morphology,mechanics,electrophysiology and so on.This paper introduced that the sonomyography(SMG)and surface electromyography(SEMG) sampled from the extensor carpi radialis by the ultrasound measurement of motion and elasticity system were used to fit the wrist angle with several regression algorithms.The results illuminated that the wrist angle could be well fitted by combining the SMG and SEMG signals together,especially with the SVM algorithm,and the result was better than the results fitted by SMG or SEMG alone.So it was better to use multi-parameters to study the skeletal muscle.
