骨骼肌的多参量结合研究:可行性研究

【摘要】 骨骼肌的力学特性总是和它的结构形态相关的,表面肌电信号是骨骼肌的电生理学特性的表现,但它不能表征骨骼肌的结构形态特征。超声可以清晰的观测骨骼肌空间形态变化, 是研究骨骼肌运动形态特性非常有效的工具。我们把超声扫描骨骼肌得到的有关骨骼肌结构的空间形态变化信息定义为"声肌图(sonomyography)",简写成 SMG。本文介绍了一套可以无干扰、同步、连续采集 B 超图像、力或力矩、角度、肌电信号等骨骼肌相关参量的超声运动与弹性测量系统,并通过实验验证了多参量研究骨骼肌特性的可行性。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of skeletal muscles are always related to its architectural changes.The surface electromyography characterizes the electrophysiological properties of skeletal muscles,but it can not represent the architectural properties.Ultrasound can be used to monitor the dimensional architectural change of muscle clearly,and it is a useful tool to study skeletal muscle.We defined the dimensional architectural change of muscle continuously extracted from ultrasound images as"sonomyography(SMG)"In this paper,the ultrasound measurement of motion and elasticity system was introduced,which could synchronously and continuously acquire different data including the ultrasound signals,EMG signals,angle,force and so on without disturbance.The feasibility of studying the skeletal muscle with multi- parameters was validated by experiments.
