【摘要】 饲料有效能、可消化或可利用氨基酸及有效磷等养分生物效价的快速评定(预测) 对于动物的高效养殖具有重要的意义。用饲料化学成分或体外消化试验结果可建立预测上述养分生物效价的预测方程。预测方程的效果与样本大小、化学成分的选择、饲料是否分类、动物生理阶段、实测数据的准确性和代表性等有关。也可用近红外直接建立预测养分生物效价的方程,但定标方程的建立较困难。通过对样品水分、粒度、样品拟测指标分布等的调节可减少建模所需样品数量及提高预测效果。但某些预测模型还不够理想,有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is great importance of Rapid assessment of feed effective energy,digestible or available amino acid as well as available phosphorus for high efficient animal production.The regression equa- tion made of chemical composition or in vitro digestibility can be used to predict biological values of feedstuffs.The predicting results were closely associated with sample size,option of chemical compo- sition,physiological stage of animals,classification of feedstuffs,accuracy and representation of the determined data.Near-infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy can also be used to establish regression equa- tion for predicting biological values of feedstuffs.Through regulating the moisture,particle size and distribution of feedstuffs,the sample required for establishing regression equation can be minimized and more precise results would be obtained.Not all predicting models are ideal,and more work should be done.更多还原
