不同类型鸡种生产性能、血浆生化及激素指标比较

【摘要】 本试验采用单因子完全随机设计,比较了3~7周龄自由采食条件下 AA 肉鸡及自来航蛋鸡生长性能及其摄食相关的血液生化与激素指标等方面的差异,分析肉鸡采食量大、生长迅速的原因,并为进一步完善家禽摄食调控提供合理依据。结果表明:不同类型鸡种间迥异的生长速度与采食量及饲料转化率有关;7周龄肉鸡血浆肌酸激酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、尿酸水平显著高于同日龄蛋鸡;4周龄肉鸡血浆瘦素水平显著低于同日龄蛋鸡水平,而血浆 NPY 浓度显著高于蛋鸡。
【Abstract】 This experiment was adopt single factor completely random design,comparison about food-intake,plasma bio- chemistry indexes,and plasma hormone levels were made between AA broilers and Leghorn chicks from during 3~7 weeks under ad libitum,the results showed,different growth rates of AA broilers and Leghorn chicks were due to different food consumption and feed efficiency,Broiler chicks showed higher levels of plasma CK,AST and UA in 7 week-of-age,and broiler chicks showed higher levels of plasma NPY in 4 week-of-age,but lower plasma leptin level than Leghorn chicks.
