中草药抗菌性能体外筛选试验(英文)

SCREENING OF CHNIESE MEDICAL HERBS IN VITRO FOR ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY

【摘要】 此研究目的在于检测29种中草药及大蒜粉的抗菌性能。首先检测中草药样品中自身携带菌情况,结果发现,在样品A5,A11,A12,A13,A18,W1和W2中含有肠道菌,但均未发现沙门氏菌。第二步是检测中草药对大肠杆菌及沙门氏菌的抑制程度。方法为将150mg样品均匀混合于15ml麦康凯培养基中,即样品的作用浓度为1.0%。结果表明样品A27可以完全抑制沙门氏菌,大肠杆菌LIU和K88的生长;样品A24对沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌LIU有轻微的抑制作用。第三个试验是检测样品A27,A24,A8,A9,A10,A11, A15,A19,A21,A22,A23和大蒜粉煮沸后旋转蒸干所得提取物的最小抑菌浓度的测定。结果发现,样品A27,A24,A9,A10,A15的提取物分别在0.2%-3%的浓度范围内对病原菌具有抑制作用,但其有效浓度明显高于目前商用抗生素的浓度,所以使用成本较高。

【Abstract】 The objective of this research is to test the antimicrobial activity of 29 Chinese herbs and garlic powder. The first step is to assess the microbial flora presented in the herb preparations. In the specimens, A5, A11, A12, A13, Al8, W1 and W2 contained substantial numbers of enteric bacteria, but no salmonella were observed. The second step is to screen the herbs for activity against E.coli and Salmonella Choleraesuis. 150mg of each herb powder was added into 15ml MacConkey agar medium, the concentration of the herbs was 1.0%. The result showed that A27 can completely inhibit the growth of Salmonella Chleraesuis strain and the Liu , K88 strains of E.coli; A24 have a slight inhibition effect on the growth of Salmonella Choleraesuis strain and Liu strain of E.coli. The third step was to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of the aqueous extracts of the A27, A24, A8, A9, A10, A11, A15, A19, A21, A22, A23 AND the garlic powder, and compared with the effect of the gentamicin and chloramphenicol and carbodox. The result showed that the agues extracts of A24, A9, A10, A15 and A27 were found to have antimicrobial properties against some pathogenic bacteria at concentrations ranging from 0.2-3% of the broth medium, but the effective concentration is much greater than commercially available antibiotics.
