AFS法测定碗中砷铅溶出量

【摘要】 为测定玻璃、陶瓷、不锈钢碗中砷和铅溶出量,采用了氢化物发生一原子荧光光谱法(AFS)。砷、铅回收率分别为90.22%~101.44%和92.77%~100.62%,检出限分别为0.0041?g/L、0.0023?g/L,精密度分别为0.94%、1.18%。样品中砷、铅溶出量大小顺序为:玻璃>陶瓷>不锈钢。该方法灵敏,准确,快速,检出限低,可用于实验室常规检测;玻璃碗中砷、铅溶出量显著大于陶瓷和不锈钢碗,故新买的玻璃碗使用前最好用食醋浸泡,待砷、铅大部分溶出后使用。

【Abstract】 The arsenic and lead released from glass,ceramics and stainless steel bowls are determined and com- pared simultaneously with the AFS.The recoveries of the arsenic and lead were ranged between 90.22%-101. 44%and 92.77%~100.62%respectively .The detection limits were 0.0041?g/L、0.0023?g/L respectively. The RSDs were0.94%and 1.18%respectively .The sequence of the Arsenic and Lead released from the samples is glass>Ceramics>stainless steel.AFS are sensitive ,accurate,rapid and with low detection limits,suitably in laboratory convention examination; As the arsenic and lead released from glass bowls are obviously higher than stainless steel and Ceramics bowls,glass bowls should not be used until they are soaked in vinegar and majority of the arsenic and lead are released.
