铁水设备微孔致密Al2O3-SiC材料制备技术

【摘要】 考虑生产中耐火材料原料颗粒形状的复杂性及颗粒尺寸分布的连续性,研究建立了具有连续尺寸分布的颗粒级配理论方程,研究了耐火材料微孔致密化技术,实际生产的Al2O3-SiC砖的气孔率为5-10%,孔径≤9μm的微孔达到80%。产品具有微孔致密高强等特性,在混铁炉和鱼雷罐车等铁水设备上使用效果良好。
【Abstract】 By the means of the grain close packing theory and the continuous particle size distribution theory,a model of the fractal distribution for the continuous particle sizes was set up and deduced theoretically in the paper.The synthesis technology development of the tiny pore and high density Al2O3-SiC brick for the transportation in the iron metallurgical processes was researched.The porosity of the brick was 5-10%,and the account of the pore diameter below 9 micrometer was 80%.The sintered Al2O3-SiC brick had the excellent resistance to the slag and the molten iron,so the life of the brick was long.
