不同营养条件对鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同碳源、氮源、碳氮比、无机盐及其不同浓度对鲍鱼侧耳(Pleurotus abalonus)菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长的最适碳源是葡萄糖,最适氮源是酵母浸粉,最适碳氮比为10:1,KH2PO4, MgSO4,NaCl,KCl,CaSO4·2H2O,H3BO3促进菌丝生长的适宜浓度分别为0.2%、0.1%、0.1%、0.5%,0.2%、 0.01%,ZnSO4·7H2O对鲍鱼侧耳菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources, C/N ratio, inorganic salts on the mycelium growth of Pleurotus abalonus were studied. The results showed that the optimum carbon source, nitrogen source for the mycelium growth of Pleurotus abalonus were glucose and yeast extract powder. The optimum ratio of C/N is 10:1. The optimum consistence of KH2PO4, MgSO4 NaCl, KC1, CaSO4·2H2O, H3BO3 for mycelium growth of Pleurotus abalonus were 0.2% ,0.1% , 0.1% ,0.5% ,0.2% ,0.01% , respectively. ZnSO4·7H2O had obvious inhibition effect on the mycelium growth.
