【Abstract】 L-Carnitine exists in the body tissue of human and has many properties of physiology and biochemistry. Its major function is involved in the metabolism of free fatty acid and production of energy that body cell needs. It was applied widely in the diseases of cardiovascular, blood and hepatitis. It has excellent efficacy and fewer adverse drug reaction. This article summarizes the development of pharmacological research and clinical application of L-Carnitine.更多还原
