【Abstract】 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease and its worldwide incidence has been increasing year after year. In this paper, the research progress of drugs for treatment and prevention of COPD . including bronchodilators, glucocorticoids, phophodiesterase type IV inhibitors, inhibitors of inflammatory mediators, protease inhibitors and mucoregulators are reviewed.更多还原
