槲皮素固体脂质纳米粒的制备及其理化性质研究

【摘要】 目的:制备翻皮素固体脂质纳米粒并考察其理化性质。方法:以具有生物相容性的硬脂酸作为脂质载体,采用高温乳化-低温固化法制备槲皮素固体脂质纳米粒,以均匀设计法优化处方与制备工艺;用透射电镜(TEM)观察其微观形态,并测定其粒径分布;用紫外分光光度法测定纳米粒的包封率。结果:槲皮素固体膳质纳米粒为圆整的类球形实体粒子,平均粒径为2173nm,包封率为48.50%。结论:高温乳化-低温固化法适于制备槲皮素固体脂质纳米粒。

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare quercetin-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles(QT-SLN) and to assess their physico-chemical characteristics. Methods: QT-SLN was prepared by emulsification at a high temperature and solidification at a low temperature. Stearic acid with high biocompatibility was used as lipid carrier. The optimum formulation was selected by uniform design. Its morphology was examined by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and particle diameter distribution was decided.The entrapment efficiency was determined by UV-vis analytical . Results: QT-SLN was spherelike and smooth/The mean diameter was 2173nm and the entrapment efficiency was 48.50%. Conclusion: QT-SLN can be prepared very well by emulsification at a high temperature and solidification at a low temperature.
