【摘要】 建立肾组织中测定西洛他唑含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱:Shim-pack VP--ODS柱, Shim--pack C 18预柱;流动相;乙腈-水(45:55);流速为1．0ml·min-1;柱温为25℃;检测波长为254nm。标准曲线线性范围为50μg·L-1-1600μg·L-1,f=0．9996:回收串均在98%以上(n=5);日内和日间RSD 均小于4%;最低检测限为10μg·L-1。本法简便,快速,重现性好,适于西洛他唑的药动学研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a HPLC method for determining cilostazol in renal tissue. The Shim-pack VP-ODS column and Shim-pack C18 pre-column were used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (45: 55), The flow rate was 1ml·.min-1, and the column temperature was 25℃ .The detective wavelength was at 254nm. There was a good linearity (r=0.9996) within a range of 50μg·L-1-1600μg·L-1. The average recycle rate was above 98%. the infra-day RSD and inter-day RSD were less than 4%.The quantitative limit for cilostazol was 10μg·L-1. The method is simple, rapid, and reproducible for the determination of cilostazol in renal tissue. It is suitable for the pharmacokinetic study of cilostazol.更多还原
