喷气纺主要工艺参数的优化
The Optimization of Main Technologic Parameters in Air-jet Spinning

【摘要】 喷气纺纱机上纺纱速度、第一喷嘴气压、第二喷嘴气压三者是影响纱线强力的主要工艺参数。本文利用通用旋转组合设计的方法研究了三个工艺参数与喷气纱性能的关系,建立优化数学模型,并给出了优化后的参数。
【Abstract】 On air-jet spinning machine, spinning speed, atmospheric pressure of the first nozzle and the second nozzle are main technologic parameters affecting yarn strength. This paper adopts the rotary experiment design to obtain the relation between three technologic parameters and yarn strength. On the base of mathematical model, the parameters were optimized.
