【摘要】 目的观察多西他赛加顺铂化疗配合放疗治疗食管癌术后复发转移的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法食管鳞癌术后复发转移20例,化疗方案:多西他赛75mg／m2,第1天;顺铂80 mg／ m2,分第1～3天,三周重复;总共化疗44个周期,平均每例2．2个周期。放疗方法:采用针对转移灶小野照射,中位总剂量DT60GY／30F,2GY／F,共6周。放疗于化疗结束后第2天进行。结果 20例术后复发转移患者,应用化疗加放疗治疗后,CR6例(30％)、PR11例(55％)、NC2例(10％)、 PD1例(5％),总有效率(CR+PR)为85％。主要剂量限制性毒性为Ⅱ、Ⅲ级白细胞下降下降占 40％和放射性气管炎55％。结论多西他赛加顺铂化疗配合放疗治疗食管癌术后复发转移的毒副反应轻,患者能够耐受,近期疗效可靠,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the response and the toxic reaction of metastatic or recurrent esophageal cancer treated with chemotherapy with docetaxel and radiotherapy combination. Methods: The pts with metastatic or recurrent esophageal cancer were treated with 75 mg/m2 of docetaxel d1 and 80 mg/m2 of cisplatin dividde in d1、2、3, every 21 days, 44 courses to total,2. 2 courses average to per pts. Two days after chemotherapy , radiotherapy combined (micro-field to aim directly at Mets,the mean dose wasDT60GY/30F,2GY/F,6 weeks to total). Results:20 pts have been enrolled for this study,CR6 pts(30%) ,PR11 pts(55%) ,NC2 pts(10%),PDl pt(5%), the overall response rate was 85%. The main toxic reaction to confine doses included grade II /III leucopenia (40%) and tracheitis(55%). Conclusions: The toxic reaction of metastatic or recurrent esophageal cancer treated with chemotherapy with docetaxel and radiotherapy combination was mild and tolerable and the recent response was reliable, it is worthy of further clinical research.更多还原
