水性聚氨酯的合成及应用

【摘要】 本文从聚氨酯的合成、聚氨酯的“封闭-解封”以及聚氨酯与纤维上的羟基之间的反应等方面对封闭型水性聚氨酯纸张增强剂进行了研究。分别研究了单独的聚氨酯封闭乳液应用于纸张涂布中的效果和在涂料液中添加聚氨酯封闭乳液后应用于纸张涂布中的效果。结果表明:纸张经涂布后,物理强度均得到不同程度的提高,纸张的施胶度等物理性能也得到了改善。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the synthesis of tele-chelate polyurethane polymer were investigated .The -N=C=O group in PU was prone to reaction with water, therefore -N=C=O group was protected by certain reagent.The "blocked" PU was dispersed in the aqueous phase and this waterborne blocked PU was applied to paper coating. When paper entered the part dryer,the high temperature lead to releasing of the blocked-N=C=O group.The reacting occurred between unblocked -N=C=O group and hydroxyl in fiber. Crosslink were formed between fibers, the physical properties of paper were enhanced consequently.
