天麻素注射治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕56例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨天麻素孔穴注射治疗中老年人椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法患者随机分为天麻素组和丹参组,各56例。治疗组采用天麻素注射液颈椎横突孔穴注射+西比灵,以注射用丹参粉0.8 g,每日1次静滴为对照组。结果:治疗组治愈率69.6%, 总有效率91.0%,对照组总有效率73.2%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗中老年人椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕,效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical effect of combined therapy of gastrodin cavity injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Methods Treatment group was given the combined therapy of gastrodin injection cavity acupuncture and injection and flunarizine,the contrast group include Danshen injection. Results The effectiveness rate of the treatment group reached 91.0%, the significant effectiveness rate reached 69. 6%; the effectiveness rate of control group reached 73.2%, there was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusions Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine have better effect in treatment of vertigo due to vertebrobasilar Ischemia , it is worth apply ing and generalizing.更多还原
