【摘要】 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2005年上半年收集到的169例ADR报告分别从临床具体表现、严重程度、患者年龄、药物剂型、给药途径以及涉及药种类等方面进行统计、分析。结果:涉及97个药品品种的169例ADR中,抗微生物药物引起的ADR104例,占总数的56.22%:严重ADR 8例,死亡2 例。ADR引起的皮肤及附件损伤较多,共80例,占总数的43.24%。结论:医院应重视ADR 监测工作,为临床合理用药提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics of the occurrence of ADR in our hospital so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS:Information concerning clinical manifestation .patients’ age,dosage forms,route of administration and the related drug variety of 169 case of ADR reports collected from January to June of 2005 in our hospital were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The drug varieties were 97 in the 169 cases and 104 cases were result from antibiotic drugs which accounted for 56. 22%.There were 8 serious ADR cases and 2 lethal ADR cases. ADR most commonly manifested itself in the injury of skin and appendants, there were 80 cases which accounted for 43. 24%. CONCLUSION:The hospital should think highly of monitoring of ADR and provid basis for rational drug use in the clinic.更多还原
