木质纤维素常压快速液化制备聚酯型可降解地膜研究

【摘要】 木质纤维素是陆地上最丰富的可再生资源,是人类在后化石时代所必须倚重的高分子材料和燃料来源。本项研究以环碳酸酯类为液化剂,在常压和液化剂回流温度(120—170℃)的条件下快速液化为就高活性的生物质基多羟基混合物(羟基值180—350mgKOH/g样品)。利用该多羟基混合物可以和等当量多元酸及其衍生物聚合形成体型聚酯新材料。研究了各种不同类型的多元酸及其衍生物对聚酯新材料力学性能、生物降解性能的影响。结果表明,采用不含双键的二元酸如琥珀酸可以制备具有柔性较好(断裂伸长率28—32%)、抗拉强度接近5.5—6MPa的膜状材料。将这种膜状材料埋入菜园土中处理3个月,失重率达到67%以上,残片表面布满菌丝,吸引大量土居微型动物聚集其上。显示新材料具备开发新一代环境友好型生物可降解地膜的潜力。

【Abstract】 Lignocellulosics is the most abundant biomass in the land and it is no doubt that human being will rely on this renewable resource of natural polymer and fuel. In present research, cyclic carbonates was applied as the liquefying reagents. Lignocellulosic biomass was quickly liquefied to be reactive biopolyol products with a high hydroxyl value: 180-350mgKOH/g sample under ambient pressure and the reflux temperature of the liquefying reagents. To cross-link the bio-polyol, a variety of equivalent dicarboxylic acids, diacid chloride and cyclic anhydrides as cross-linking reagents were tested in this study. Dicarboxylic acids like succinic acid without double bounds produce more flexible polyester sheets ( elongation rate 28-32%, and tensile strength 5.5-6MPa). Being bury under the garden soil for 3 months, they lost about 67% of their initial weight, and mass of microorganism spots or strains were observable on the surface of the residual sheets under microscope. Nematodes and acarids are observable on the surface of samples and in their surrounding soil. This result indicates that this new type of bio-based polymer possess the potential of biodegradable agricultural mulch film development.
