济南市某垃圾斜坡的稳定性分析及其意义讨论

【摘要】 垃圾是困扰城市发展的一大问题,济南市日产各类固体垃圾1500多吨,一部分通过垃圾处理厂进行集中无害化处理,另外一部分则零散堆积在市区周边的山坡、谷地等处,构成了济南市垃圾斜坡的物质基础。本文通过对某物资公司新征用地垃圾斜坡体进行模型概化,采用工程动力学的方法进行计算其稳定系数fs值为4.09—6.29,远大于1.5的安全值,因此,该斜坡体在当前总体上是稳定的。这一结论,对土地规划部门具有一定的指导作用,对城市建设和可持续发展具有较大的经济和环境效益。

【Abstract】 Garbage is a big problem disturbing the development of some Chinese Cities. Jinan, as the capital of Shandong province located in east China, created variety solid garbage of 1500 tons, which a part of them were collected to be disposed in Garbage Disposal Plant while the others were scattered to pile in the valleys and slopes of hills around the City. The garbage artificial slopes were formed due to the pileup of the garbage. A site located on such garbage artificial slopes proposed to build was selected by the author to calculate the stability coefficient(fs) value of 4.09 ~ 6.29 farther than 1. 5 the safety value. So it can be evaluated and judged that the artificial slope is generally stable. This conclusion has some certain guidance to department of land administration, also has much more economy and environment efficient for the city construction and sustainable development.
