带辅助极永磁起动机设计计算的新方法
New Methods for the Design of Permanent Magnet Starter Motor with Auxiliary Pole

【摘要】 带辅助极永磁起动机(PMSMAP)电磁关系复杂,目前还没有准确、实用的分析计算方法,且难以得到最佳的主极、辅助极极弧系数配合,妨碍了其推广应用。为解决这些问题,本文首先从计算机辅助设计的角度出发,提出了PMSMAP分析计算的新方法——磁阻网络法,然后从电磁场逆问题的角度,提出采用全局优化算法——TABU算法对磁极进行优化,最后用试验结果对计算方法进行了全面考核,充分证明了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 because of the complexity of electromagnetic relation for the permanent magnet starter motor with auxiliary pole(PMSMAP), on one hand, there are no suitable method to calculate its performances,on the other hand, it is difficult to determine the most suitable combination of the coefficients for the main pole and auxiliary pole, which hinders its application. To overcome these problems,at first ,a new method, i.e. method of magnetic reluctance network is put forward and successfully used from the view of CAD in this paper. Secondly, from the view of the inverse problem of electromagnetic field, TABU algorithm, i.e a kind of new global optimization method,is used to the optimization of magnetic pole. Finally, the above methods are tested by test results and the validity and correctness of the above methods are testified by the comparison of the calculated results with test results.
