通用性动态血压数据库及分析系统

【摘要】 目的 为了使动态血压监测(ABPM)在临床诊治高血压、防治脑卒中、保健及科研等方面发挥更大的作用建立了此通用性ABPM数据库。方法 使用Microsoft Office、Visual Basic和SQL建立数据库,以TM-2421(日本A&D)的ABPM为数据来源通过Excel导入数据库。结果 结合了动态血压监测值与被测者的病史、家族史、生活习惯等信息,将被测者的动态血压数据及个人资料输入数据库,建立简易、快速的综合管理、检索查询和科研分类分析等功能,适用于临床辅助诊断、降压药疗效观察、建立患者保健档案、积累临床数据及医学研究。结论 初步应用表明该ABPM数据库基本满足了用户对ABPM信息的分析处理需求。
【Abstract】 Objective In order to ameliorate the clinical utilization and medical research of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), we designed a popular ABPM database system. Methods The ABPM database was based on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, and SQL. ABPM data were from A&D TM2421 ABPM via Microsoft Excel for this ABPM database. Results Our ABPM database system contains mainly three parts: (1) Input patient抯 information: there are eight tables (>100 items) for enter information, such as, patient抯 medical records, living habits, family diseases records, etc., it may also be done by simply input patient抯 basic information (name, sex, age, etc.) which can be effectively managed by the database system as well. (2) Analysis of ABPM data and report: ABPM data in Excel could be entered directly into ABPM database, statistically analyzed and make a clinical report. (3) Management (both patients?information and ABPM analysis results): from general control window, the general information of ABPM database was shown effectively by total number, age and sex; from search window, a person could be find by enter either his/her name or serial number, which enable to obtain immediately the individual information and ABPM data for guide to diagnosis and treatment; from classification window, patients can be classified by factors and ABPM results. Conclusion This ABPM database will be a very useful tool for both clinical and medical research.
