【摘要】 目的:采取时辰化疗作为ⅢA期胃癌患者D2根治术后的辅助治疗,并与常规术后辅助化疗相比较观察疗效。方法:46例D2根治术后的ⅢA期胃癌患者随机分为A组(时辰化疗组)和B组(对照组:常规化疗)进行治疗。结果:A组和B组的1年生存率(OS)为90.9%和83.3%;3年生存率为80.0%和40.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05﹚。A组和B组的1年无进展生存率(DFS)为81.8%和50.0%;3年无进展生存率为60.0%和20.0%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05﹚。结论:时辰化疗是ⅢA期胃癌患者D2根治术后较为理想的治疗模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the results of chronomodulated chemotheraphy of F/LVO regimen for stage ⅢA gastric carcinoma.Methods:46 cases which are stage ⅢA gastric cancer operated by D2 gastrectomy randomized into two groups.In group A (22 cases) received chronomodulated chemotheraphy and in group B (24 cases) received routine chemotheraphy.Results:The 1-year and 3-year survial rate of the two groups are 90.9% Vs 83.3%(P>0.05) and 80.0% Vs 40.0%(P<0.05﹚;The 1-year and 3-year disease-free survial rate of the two groups are 81.8% Vs 50.0% (P<0.05﹚and 60.0% Vs 20.0% (P<0.05﹚.There is significant difference in toxicity and side effect.Conclusion:These results demostrate that chronomodulated chemotheraphy is obviously better than routine chemotheraphy to those patients who are stage A gastric carcinoma.更多还原
