【摘要】 本文在考虑到影响通信网可靠性的因素很多,且评价目标涉及到的层次面也广的情况下,建立了多指标、多层次的综合评价体系；提出了基于证据理论的综合模糊评价方法；给出了具体的评价步骤；按指标属性将评价指标区分为定性和定量两类；从评价体系的方案层开始进行综合评价,逐层合成综合指标值。最后通过实例说明该方法的有效性、实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper under the condition of in consideration of the influence correspondence the factor of communication net reliability is a lot,and the layer that the evaluation target involve face also under wide circumstance,built up comprehensive evaluation systems of many index sign and multi layers; Have put forward the comprehensive vague evaluation method based on theory of evidence;Give concrete evaluation step;According to the index sign sex will evaluate the index sign to classified in to two type of settle sex and fixed amount;From the scheme layer of appraisement system,synthesize appraisement pursue layer synthetic comprehensive index value.Finally, through example to explain the practicality and function of this method.更多还原
