【摘要】 研究了 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning, 企业资源计划)项目实施过程中业务调研的方法, 讨论了业务调研中的调研准备、业务调研、编写调研报告和实施方案、项目调研汇报与交流各阶段需注意的各项问题,给出一套具体的方法：包括明确调研目的、准备调研问卷、挖掘潜在需求、形成业务调研报告等。并通过一个实际案例证明了此方法的可行性。本文主要供 ERP 项目实施人员在业务调研方面参考,以提高 ERP 实施成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method of investigation for Enterprise Resource Planning (Abbr:ERP) implementation is studied,and discusses the insistent problems of discovering the aim,preparing the questionnaires, mining the underlying requirements,forming the investigation reports in investigation preparation, investigation,investigation reports/implementation scheme compiling,investigation reporting and communion,which gives the ERP implementer the foundation of knowledge needed to begin working on an ERP implementation to boost the successful possibility of a ERP implementation.更多还原
