【摘要】 循环经济指标体系是目前国内外学术界与政府职能部门共同关注的热门问题,本文以宁波化学工业区为例,探讨了循环经济指标体系(包括经济发展指标、生态环境保护指标、循环经济特征指标和绿色管理指标)的确定方法。首先,参考目前已提出的循环经济指标体系,对各个指标的内涵、特征等进行分析,结合园区实际情况选取符合该园区的特定指标；其次,充分收集各类统计年鉴及园区调研数据,结合国内外同类园区的发展水平和园区内经济结构、经济发展水平以及生态环境条件,通过相关数据分析、计算、比较,确定初步的循环经济指标；最后,征询有关专家的意见,对指标进行最终调整。论文还以生态环境保护指标中的污水减排率为例给出了较详细的确定过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 International academe and function department of government both pay attention to the index system of circular economy at present.The paper takes Chemical Industrial Park in Ningbo for example to preliminarily study on determining method for the index system of circular economy(economic development index,eco-environment protection index,the characteristic index of circular economy,green management index).First,refer to the index system of circular economy proposed before,analyze the meaning and characteristic of various index,combine with the fact of the park to choose the specifically index; Second,collect various statistic yearbooks and research datum,combine with economic development of international parks,economy structure,economy development and eco-environment condition of the park to preliminarily determine the index of circular economy by analyzing,calculating and comparing.;Last, consult interrelated experts to perfect the index finally.The paper takes reducing wastewater emission for example to show the detailed process.更多还原
