我国电力系统大型大系统灾变防治和经济运行体系的研究

【摘要】 提出了建立我国电力大系统灾变防治和经济运行体系的构想。该体系总结了该领域的最新科研成果,基于电力大系统的基本特征,构建在数字电力系统基础之上。主要包含两大部分,一是对电力系统的实时分析与支持决策系统,主要包含电力系统的实时和超实时仿真决策系统、综合安全稳定域在线可视化系统、在线实时发电机组功角和全状态的实测与显示系统、大规模网格计算处理系统等;另外一部分即构建电力系统灾变防御三道防线来实现电力系统的安全稳定控制和对灾难性事故的防治。应该指出,介绍的电力大系统灾变防治和经济运行体系, 经过简化后亦实用于省级和地区级电力系统。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the collapse prevention and economical operation system (CPEOS) of Chinese power system has been.proposed.Based on the large-scale power system’s characters,this system summarizes the newly scientific researching results and stands on the basis of the digital power system (DPS).It consists of the real-time and accelerated real-time simulation and decision-making system,synthetical secure and steady region system,online generator angles’ measuring and displaying system,grid computing and processing system etc.In architecture,three lines of defense have been set up to resist the power system’s catastrophic faults.By the way,this collapse prevention and economical operation system can be used not only in the national power system,but also in the province and regional power systems.
