应用有限元法与引入迎风思想的有限体积法相结合处理运动电磁问题

Combining the Finite Elemetn Method(Fem) and the Finite Volume Method(Fvm) Which Inducted Upwind Technique in Simulation Motion Problem

【摘要】 本文提出了应用有限元法与引入迎风思想的有限体积法相结合处理运动电磁问题新方法,讨论了运动电磁问题控制方程的特性,详细阐明了一般 Galerkin 有限元法离散格式的误差估计,从而说明了一般 Galerkin 有限元法处理对流占优型对流扩散方程时解的不稳定性。在充分考虑了有限元法与有限体积法各自的特性和优点后,提出了用有限元法离散控制方程的扩散项而用引入迎风思想的有限体积法离散控制方程的对流项。应用这种方法计算了一个简单的运动问题,结果表明本文提出的这种方法可以很好的处理运动问题。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a novel method to deal with motion problem in electromagnetic analysis is presented.In this method,both of the finite element method(FEM)and the finite volume method(FVM)are adopted.The characteristic of the control equation which governing the motion problem is discussed.Error estimation of the discrete format of the general Galerkin FEM is carefully analyzed.From the analyzing,the instability of the solution of the general Galerkin FEM in solving the convection-diffusion equation can be seen clearly.Considering the advantage and disadvantage of the FEM and FVM, these two methods are combined in dealing with the convection-diffusion equation.The diffusion term of the equation is discrete by FEM,while the convection term can be discrete by FVM.In order to guarantee the stability of the solution,the upwind idea was taken when dealing with the convection term..A simple motion model is analyzed by this method.The calculation results show that this method is superior in treating the motion problem
