【Abstract】 In the study of SERS,the problem which we faced on Ou surface is what factors affeet SERS? To this problem,the careful research has not been reported so far.Solving the problem and developing the SERS study on Cu surface, we carry out a careful experiment on mechanicaly polished rough Cu surfaceto search for the factors which influce SERS effect.The experimental results show that the exist of Cl in aqueous solution of the molecules studied not only affects on SERS intensity,also on the shape of SERS spectrum.It has no influce on SERS effect that if the Cu surface is pre-treated with aqueous solution of KCl.
