【摘要】 <正>草原毛虫核型多角体病毒(简称GrNPV)是四川大学工系首次分离发现和命名的一株昆虫病素,利用昆虫病素治虫是近年来兴起的一项防治害虫的新技术,已用GrNPV研制成一种复合病毒杀虫剂在川、青、藏广大牧区使用,研究GrNPV的分子结构是有实际意义的工作,SERS对生物分子结构的研究是一种有效方法,直至目前还未更多还原

【Abstract】 Surface-enhanced Raman spectra of the inclusion body of Gynaephora rooergensis nuclear polyhedrosis virus （GrNPV） have been obtained and analysed.The strongly enhanced peaks are due to vibrational modes of the COO-and NH₂ groups.This is interpreted as suggesting that the inclusion body of GrNPV are absorbed on Ag colloidal particles through COO- and NH₂ groups.The mechanism of enhancement has a short-tange character.The appearance of a low-frequency band（230cm） indicates chemisorption of the inclusion body on Ag colloidal parlicles.The effect of varions PH on the SERS spectra was investigated, The SERS speclra for the inclusion body of GrNPV at high and low PH are differ markedly,indicating a change of surface geometry for the inclusion body absorbed on Ag colloidal particles at vatious PH.更多还原
