【Abstract】 In this work,we investigate the Raman spectra of the polycrystal oxide superconductor Nd_2-xCe_xCuO₄ in which the charge carriers are not hole but electrons.The key process for obtaining superconductivity is the reduction process in which the samples are annealed in low oxygen partial pressure.The Raman spectra of the sample are obtained before and after the reduction,the change of the phonon peaks in the low wave number range is observed.Some discussions of the results are also given.更多还原
