【摘要】 该文以山东大学管理学科实验教学中心为考察对象,深入调查了该中心"管理学科综合实验教学平台"的建设现状,主要从管理实验室建设层面,分析了管理实验室建设的思路和变迁,探讨了实验教学示范中心,尤其是管理类实验教学示范中心应如何以清晰的模块化系统思想,形成体系、队伍、环境一体化的建设方法,较好的避免以往管理类实验室建设实践中所面临的一系列理论和实践问题。调研中发现,管理实验教学在管理学科人才培养中的地位、内涵、方法和手段都在发生变化;认为单纯采用实证或模拟的方法构建管理学科的实验教学是不完全的,应该予以重视。山东大学管理学科实验教学中心的建设经验,提供了一个较好的解决途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article takes the Management Experimental Teaching Center of Shandong University as study object and deeply investigates the construction situation of"Management Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Platform"in this center.From the perspective of laboratory construction, this article analyzes the thought and innovation of management experimental lab construction, probes into the problem of experimental teaching demonstration center,especially the problem of how to use modularization thought and system-faculty-circumstance integrated method in constructing the Management Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center.In this way,a series of former theoretical and practical problems can be avoided in such construction.During the study,it has been discovered that the status,connotation,method and means of management experimental teaching are all changing in the cultivation of management talents;the old idea that simply taking demonstration and simulation method in constructing management experimental teaching is incomplete.Based on the real experience of management experimental lab construction, many preferable resolve approaches are presented in this article.更多还原
