【摘要】 伴随着信息技术的普及和应用,利用信息技术提高政府部门的工作效率,实现政府职能的转变,变得越来越重要。本文在研究已有的信息技术采纳理论的基础上,根据政府实施信息化的特点,提出了应用于政府领域的信息技术采纳五阶段模型,并结合河北衡水市政府信息化的建设,尤其是衡水市为民服务联动中心(“三个一”工程)建设案例进行了实证分析。通过本文的研究发现,信息技术采纳理论对于政府的信息化具有重大指导意义,在政府信息化建设中有着非常广泛的应用前景,需要我们进一步的深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Going with the dissemination and application of information technology (IT),using information technology to improve work efficiency of government departments and realize transformation of government func- tion is getting more and more important.On the basis of existent theory of information technology adoption and the characteristic of government informatization,this paper raises an information technology adoption five-stage model applying in government field.Combining the construction of Hengshui city government informatization, especially implementation case study of Hengshui city Service Interactive Center for Citizens(“Three One”pro- ject),the paper does demonstration analysis.Through the research of this paper,we find that the theory of in- formation technology adoption has guiding significance and bright application prospect in the construction of gov- ernment informatization and need us do deeper research in the future.更多还原
