【摘要】 标杆比较法作为一种先进的管理工具已经运用于很多领域,文章将标杆比较法运用到 IT 投资回报的研究中。把 IT 对于企业的贡献分为支持内外沟通、支持经营管理、支持竞争战略三类,从这三个方面设计利用标杆比较法评价 IT 投资回报的指标体系,并运用多目标决策法构建指标体系的评价模型。文章系统地介绍了标杆比较法在 IT 投资回报评价中的应用方案,为企业测评 IT 投资回报提供了指导方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper applies benchmarking to evaluate information technology payoff.Try to establish a set of evaluation indices from three aspects about supporting communication from within and outside,supporting management and supporting competitive strategy.And establish evaluation model of benchmarking indices by multiple criteria decision making law from specific analysis and comprehensive measure.This paper,introdu- cing the application of benchmarking to IT payoff,provide reference for enterprises to choose evaluation meth- ods of the IT return on investment and accelerate the construction and development of Informationization.更多还原
