智能混合式光电电流传感器的设计

【摘要】 本文设计了一种基于Rogowski线圈电流测量原理的智能光电电流传感器,该传感器采用光纤光推动方式供电和光信号传输,因此具有很好的绝缘性和抗干扰性。文中详细介绍了一种在光纤光推动供电系统中匹配光电二极管阻抗和负载阻抗的方法,通过这种方法可以获得较高的光电转换效率,同时把超低功耗单片机MSP430F2013应用到混合式光电电流传感器中,结合反馈控制原理保持了传感器供电电压的稳定性。单片机超低功耗特性和其内部集成的16位的Σ-ΔADC模块能够满足系统信号检测的精度要求,并且降低了整个传感器的功耗。

【Abstract】 This paper designs an intelligent hybrid optic-electrical current sensor based on the philosophy of measuring current using the Rogowski coil.The sensor is the fiber optically powered type,that is,driven by the energy from fiber,and the signal in it is transmitted in the form of light,so that it have great insulatibity and immunity.The paper introduces a method of matching the impedance of photodiode and load in the fiber optically powered system.By means of the method above,we can obtain the higher optical-electrical energy conversion efficiency.Additionally the ultra-low power MCU MSP430F2013 is applied to the hybrid optic-electrical current sensor.It can ensure the stability of voltage provided to the sensor through utilizing the theory of feedback control.The ultra-low power characteristic of the MCU and the built-in 16-bit Σ-ΔADC module can meet the requirement of high measurement accuracy,and also reduce the power of the entire sensor system greatly.
