基于虚拟仪器的新型电滞回线测试系统开发

【摘要】 针对Sawyer-Tower电路在低频下测量电滞回线时受到采样电容漏导的影响,本文通过分析流过铁电材料的电流,选择电流采样法测量电路,并提出一种补偿电滞回线的有效简便方法。结合虚拟仪器思想,组建以NI公司的LabVIEW和数据采集卡为核心的软硬件平台测试系统,利用其强大的数值处理能力和完善的端口配置函数,实现更加方便地完成铁电体真实电滞回线的准确测量。
【Abstract】 An alternative method to obtain hysteresis loops for ferroelectric materials was presented.In this method,the response electric current through the sample was collected via a linear resistor in series with the sample.Compensation of the contribution from leakage currents was performed by a software method.The measurement system was achieved based on LabVIEW and NI PCI-6221.The strong numerical treatment ability and perfect port configuration function of LabVIEW make the measurement convenient and accurate.
