关于压力脉搏波气囊式检测方法的探索性研究

【摘要】 脉搏波中蕴藏着人体极为丰富的生理和病理信息。常用的脉搏波检测方式主要有桡动脉膜式压力脉搏波检测法等。北京工业大学罗志昌教授等人通过多年研究,获得了利用桡动脉压力脉搏波波形系数K值计算其它心血管重要参数的临床实用形式。但是,在长期实验和应用中我们发现,在进行膜式脉搏波检测时,压力传感器放置位置和所给压力大小会影响到检测结果,非专业人员操作有一定难度。因此,需要在检测方式上有所改进。很多学者提出利用气囊式压力传感器来测量血压的方法,但由于这种方法会影响脉搏波波形的变化,并且检测过程中的变化因素很多,因此一直没有应用到脉搏波检测中。本文通过实验,探索性地研究了气囊式压力传感器检测得到的波形系数K值与膜式压力传感器检测得到的K值之间的关系和变化规律,找到影响K值的因素,尝试建立了适合于气囊式压力传感器的K值模型。我们的研究也为人体心血管血流动力学参数的检测和计算提供了新的方向。

【Abstract】 There are plenty of human physiological and pathological information within the pulse waveform.One of the most common methods on detecting radial pulse wave is using the diaphragmatic sensor.Professor Luo Zhichang of Beijing University of Technology and his partners have been researching in this field for many years,and obtained the clinical utility equation on calculating the other cardiovascular parameters by using the radial pulse contour characteristic value K.However,throughout the long-term experiments and applications,we noticed that when detecting radial pulse wave,the position and the pressure of diaphragmatic sensor would affect the results which certainly brought some difficulties to unprofessional operators.Considering the usage at home or portable,we need some new methods that ameliorate the issues above and to simplify the process of detecting.Many scholars advanced that blood pressure can be tested by using an oscillometric method.However,because of the uncertain elements in the process and the affection to the pulse waveform,this method has not been used in pulse wave detecting.This article exploringly researched the relationship and some changing rules between the results of oscillometric radial pulse wave and the characteristic value K calculated by traditional method through an experiment.Then we attempted to find the factors that affected the changes of characteristic value K,and built a model that could compute another K based on oscillometric method.Our research provided a new direction of subsequent research and future applications on cardiovascular parameters detecting and calculating.
