基于CAN总线的电子式汽车组合仪表的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种电子式汽车组合仪表的设计。该设计以MCU作为控制器,LCD液晶显示里程数,步进电机驱动指针显示转速、车速、水温和燃油液位;有掉电检测及数据保护功能,具有超速报警、燃油及水温报警、各种指示灯显示以及CAN总线通讯功能。根据目前汽车电子的发展趋势及需求,本设计为汽车仪表与ECU以及其它相关汽车电子装置搭建了CAN总线通信的汽车平台,并通过CAN总线通信平台对仪表自身也进行了实验测试。通过试验证明,该设计符合国家标准,且具有较高的显示精度。
【Abstract】 A design of electronic automobile instrument has been introduced in this paper.The MCU is designed as a controller.Liquid Crystal Display for the mileage.In the design,traveled distance is displayed by LCD,revolving speed of wheels,running speed of car,water temperature and rest fuel amount is displayed by pointer driven by stepper motor.The system owns the functions such as power-fail detection and saving important data,alarming on over-speed and,certain conditions of the fuel and water temperature,a great variety of indicator lights and CAN-bus communication.The CAN-bus communication platform for communicating between automobile instrument and the other ECU of automobile has been built according to the requirement and developmental tendency of automobile electronic.With it the automobile instrument designed in this paper has been tested.The actual testing shows that the design conforms to the national standard and displaying precision is very high.
