【摘要】 傅立叶变换轮廓术中提取有用基频分量是一个关键问题,关系到整个系统的测量精度。选用了小波分析和三种传统的滤波方法对傅立叶变换轮廓术中的变形光栅图进行处理,计算机模拟并比较了有无噪声的情况下各种滤波方法的误差分布,数据分析表明:汉宁窗的数字加权作用对高频以及噪声有一定的抑制作用;选用合适的小波基,利用小波的时频特性,可以提取有用的频率分量,抑制频率混叠,提高测量精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Fourier transform profilometry,the key problem is how to filter out the fundamental frequency and get a high accuracy of the whole system.Four filtering methods are chosen to filter the distortion grating image and emulated the process and result,three of them is normal filter and another is wavelet transform method.We also give the error distribution without noise and with noise.The data indicated that:the hanning filter which has the characteristic of digital weighted can restrain the useless signal;under the theory that the wavelet transform can analyze the signal both in time and frequency domain,we can distill usable frequency information and restrain the frequency confusion.更多还原
