【摘要】 近年来,辽宁省渔业生产发展态势良好,水产品总量持续增长,随着人们生活水平的提高,愈来愈关注水产品质量安全问题。本文针对辽宁省水产品质量安全中存在的水产品质量安全管理机制不健全、渔业企业乱用和滥用渔药情况严重、现存渔业生产模式直接或间接影响水产品的质量安全等问题,提出有效提高辽宁省水产品质量安全管理水平的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the developing state of fishery of our country is good,the total amount of the aquatic products increases continuously.With the improvement of people’s living standard,people pay more and more attention to the security hygiene state of the aquatic products.At present,the quality of the aquatic products does not accord with the standard incidents happen occasionally,this kind of state causes the negative effect seriously on the sound development of aquaculture.In order to solve problem described above,need to find the method to solve aquatic products quality safety urgently,so this research has important realistic meaning.更多还原
