对虾发光病的生态防治技术研究

【摘要】 本文通过正交实验分析和生产性应用验证的方法,探讨了应用水质处理、饵料搭配、光合细菌使用、用药方法和换水方法的改进等一系列生态防病措施防治对虾发光病的可行性。结果表明其可行有效:采用甲醛消毒海水育苗方便安全,成活率高; 采用在N期前放水75%,从Z3开始加水,至M3加满,P1-P5日换水6%-10%, P5-P8换水15%-20%,并且每日添加2×10-6的光合细菌来调控水质,作用显著; 改进投饵技术,多用藻类等基础饵料,少用蛋黄、虾片、微囊饵料,将螺旋藻粉、日配饵料、酵母、卤虫等饵料合理搭配可提高成活率10%-20%;采用正交实验的最优组合方案作为对虾发光病的生态防病措施在多个育苗场应用均取得良好的防治效果,平均成活率均在50%以上。

【Abstract】 Based on the orthogonal experiment and the practical product tests,several e-cological measures,such as seawater treatment,diet test,photosynthetic bacteria usage, medical treatment and water quality control etc, were studied,in this paper, to prevent and cure the luminous disease of Prawns. The results showed that the measures were available It is convenient and safety for seedling to disinfect the seawater by using formaldehyde(HCHO) ,and the survival rate of seedling was high. Water system management was as fellow: the water level of ponds was maintained in 75% before Nauplius stage. Adding water was begun from the Z3 stage till the M3 stage that the ponds were full. Then water was exchanged daily by 6% -10% from P1 to P5 and 15% - 20% from P5 to P8. At the same time,2×10-6 photosynthetic bacteria a day were added to improve the water quality and the effect was obvious. The survival rate was increased by 10%-20% by improving feeding technique that the diets was combined with spiral alga powder, Assorted Food Made in JAPAN,leaven,brine shrimp etc. It was suggested that the use of foundation food such as the alga etc. be increased and the use of the shrimp slice,BP. be decreased. Adopting the optimal project of orthogonal experiment as an ecological measure to prevent and cure the luminous disease of shrimps was proved very effective in practical product in many breeding fields. The average survival of seedling was over 50%.
