波纹钢管涵洞的力学机理分析与试验研究

【摘要】 波纹钢圆管涵具有施工简单,工期短,变形性能好等优点,填补了我国高速公路波纹钢圆管涵的空白.本文结合位于内蒙古卓凉二级公路两处的波纹钢圆管涵的试验研究和工程实践,利用有限元对波纹钢圆管涵结构的力学性能进行了计算分析,对比了现场实验研究的结果,得到了波纹钢圆管涵的受力与变形规律.
【Abstract】 A main form of the highway culvert is steel concrete and masonry structure, they present a series of problems in the practice projects. In overseas highway engineering, the skills of applying steel corrugated pipe culvert are quite mature. The mechanical performance of the consolidated steel corrugated arch culvert is further studied in this article. By contrasting the site test with FEM evaluation results, the level of pipe wall stress and vault vertical transformation of the steel corrugated arch culvert at the different work condition are concluded, and it can be used to guide the design.
