附加用水量对再生混凝土强度及其流动性能的影响

【摘要】 通过增加不同用水量,分别对三种骨料组合的再生混凝土抗压、抗拉强度及流动性能进行了试验。结果发现,随着用水量的增加,再生粗骨料混凝土抗压、抗拉强度降低。而再生细骨料和全再生骨料混凝土抗压、抗拉强度均呈现出几乎相同的变化趋势,总的来看,强度先增大后减小。对于再生粗、细骨料混凝土,当附加用水量增加至15%、20%时,才具有较好的流动性能;而对于全再生骨料混凝土,至少增加到30%时,才具有尚能满意的流动性能。
【Abstract】 Through adding different water use,the compression strength,split-tension strength and fluidity of recycled concrete of three aggregate combination forms were studied by experiment respectively.The experimental results show that as adding water use more and more,the compression strength and split-tension strength of recycled coarse aggregate concrete decrease,but that of recycled fine aggregate concrete and recycled full aggregate concrete are both increase firstly then decrease.When water use added more 15% or 20% than that of ordinary concrete,the recycled coarse aggregate concrete and free one can get pretty good fluidity.But it is added more 30%,the recycled full aggregate concrete can get fluidity just satisfied.
