废弃混凝土中硬化水泥浆体作水泥混合材料的研究
Research on the use of hardened cement paste separated from waste concrete aggregate as mixture materials for new cement production

【摘要】 将废弃混凝土骨料分离后的硬化水泥浆体进行不同温度的热处理,并将经热处理的硬化水泥浆体(THCP)作为水泥混合材料,进行了水泥粉磨效率及水泥性能的检验。试验结果表明,随着THCP掺入量的增大,水泥粉磨效率明显提高;水泥的标准稠度需水量有所增大,凝结时间稍有延长;水泥强度也有所降低,但掺入量为达20%时,强度降低并不明显。
【Abstract】 The hardened cement paste separated from waste concrete aggregate were under heating treatment with different temperature,and after heat treatment(THCP)the hardened,cement paste was used as mixture materials for new cement production.The efficiency of grinding cement and the properties of new cement were tested.Test results showed that with the increase of THCP incorporation, efficiency of grinding cement significantly improved,water demand of reaching the standard consistency of cement was increased,and the setting time slightly extended,the cement strength also decreased,but for the incorporation of 20 percent,the reduction of cement strength is not obvious.
