【摘要】 本文论述了建筑固体废弃物和建筑垃圾产生的来源和危害;建议将这些固体废弃物和建筑垃圾进行收集、运输、场地堆放、分拈、归类,然后根据这些废弃物的具体情况,采用直接利用、加工利用和循环利用的技术措施,进行循环再生利用;提出建筑固体废弃物循环再生利用的措施和对策;通过建立循环经济产业链,形成"资源→生产→产品→消费→废弃物经技术处理转化为→再生资源→再生产→再生产品→……"物质的全生命周期清洁闭环流动的结构模式,把清洁生产、资源综合利用、可再生能源开发、灵巧产品的生态设计和生态消费等融为一体。既提高人民生活质量,又避免由于无节制开发所导致的自然生态环境的破坏,还可以产生巨大的经济效益并促使生态环境的良性循环,最终建立起循环型经济体系、循环型社会体系和良性循环的生态体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is discussed these origin and harmfulness to be produced by building solid wastes and rubbishes,suggestion for the solid wastes and building rubbishes are concentrated processing with collections,transport,the place heaping and putting,separating and classifying,then according to make a concrete analysis of the concrete condition of these wastes,adopt technique measures of directly application,process utilization and circulating exploitation,go on circulate recycled utilization,Put forward the measures and the countermove of technique that constructs cycled reproduced utilization of the solid wastes,pass through a circular economy industry chain,form a flowing mode with clearly closed ring in the whole life period that become"resources→produce→product→consume→wastes through the technique processing conversion for→reborn resources→reproduction→reborn product→to the thus circulating……",in this way it is merge clear production,comprehensive utilization of resources,exploitation of reproducible resource,clever product design and consume into an integral whole in the ecology.Since exalt life quality to the people,and then avoid to destroy ecosystem environment because,of the breakage of the natural ecosystem caused by the immoderation development,can also produce a huge economic benefit and urge the virtuous cycle of the ecosystem environment,the ultimate aim is to establish a circulating economic system,a circular the social system and a good ecosystem system of the virtuous cycle.更多还原
