GFRPP(连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯)筋生产工艺参数控制

【摘要】 本文根据自行设计的连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯拉挤设备研制生产了 GFRPP 筋,并考察了其主要生产工艺参数如:挤出机挤出速率、各区段温度控制、分散辊排布、生产过程牵引速率等对 GFRPP 筋树脂含量、浸渍效果及一般性能的影响,给出了确定的合理的工艺方法和参数设定。根据此工艺条件,可得到性能优良的可二次成型的 GFRPP 筋,为热固性 FRP 材料在土木工程中的应用,提供了一个补充和支撑。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we successfully manufactured continuous glass fiber reinforced PP(polypropylene)bars,and we also have done some research work on the manufacture factors,such as:extrusion rate,temperature control of each section,pins for fibers dispersing,pultrusion rate to study their infection to the content of the resins and the common performance of the bars.And we also gave out a reasonable manufacture methods and parameters. According to these conditions,GFRPP bars with good performance can be obtained,and which would be a powerful support to the thermosetting FRP materials for their application in civil engineerings.
