碳纤维布加固低强度混凝土梁受力性能试验研究

【摘要】 为满足既有老桥梁和历史建筑加固技术的需要,对35根碳纤维布加固低强度混凝土梁(混凝土强度介于5.5~11.9MPa 之间)进行了抗弯、抗剪、长期受荷性能和疲劳性能试验。试验证实外贴碳纤维复合材料可满足加固低强度混凝土构件的需要,加固时持荷会对加固梁抗弯承载力产生影响。如果设置 U 形布条作为附加锚固措施,抗弯加固不仅能够改善低强度梁的短期受力性能,也可改善构件长期和疲劳性能。由于混凝土和纤维之间粘结强度较低,剥离会影响梁的加固效果。

【Abstract】 To meet the needs of rehabilitation or strengthening for existing concrete old bridges and historical buildings,tests of 35 beams whose cubic strength of the concrete,fcu,are from 5.5MPa to 11.9 MPa were done in the lab.Bending and shearing tests showed that the behavior of concrete beams strengthened with carbon fiber composite sheets was good.Sustaining load at the time of strengthening has influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the strengthened reinforced concrete beam.With the help of U type strips as additional measures,not only the short-term behavior but also the long-term and fatigue behavior of strengthened beams can be improved obviously.Because the bond strength is low between the carbon fiber composite sheet and the low strength concrete,the behavior of strengthened beam will be effected by debonding obviously
